Order log: statuses and actions

What is in the log

The "Orders" section is the working log of your page. Orders are grouped by day and new ones appear on their own. The "Sound" button turns on an alert. Above the list: filters ("All", "Waiting", "In progress", "Handed out", "Canceled", and "Unpaid" when there are such orders) and a search by number, table or guest. The guest's phone and address are hidden: open "⋯" → "Show contacts".

Statuses

"Awaiting acceptance" → "Cooking" → "Ready" → "Handed out". "Canceled" is separate. A guest's QR order first waits for acceptance; register orders and orders paid online go straight to "Cooking".

Accept and cancel

1. Tap the check mark "Accept" in the order row. The kitchen screen has the same step.
2. A waiting order is rejected in the kitchen or at the register. A delivery order marked "price pending" cannot be accepted until the price is entered at the register.
3. Use "⋯" → "Done" to mark an order as handed out; a handed-out order can be returned with "Return to work".
4. The owner cancels a paid order with "⋯" → "Cancel" and a reason (3 to 120 characters). Canceling does not return the money: you refund the guest yourself, and for an online payment, through the bank.

What you cannot do after hand-out

• The kitchen does not cancel a handed-out order.
• The register does not change a handed-out order with a payment — the owner corrects it in the log.
• A team member cannot take such an order out of "Handed out".
• Only an order waiting for acceptance, or one canceled without money (not from "Handed out"), can be deleted. "Clear the log" in the header "⋯" removes only those.

How long orders are kept

The header shows how long orders are kept. The period is the same for all orders and is set in "Keep for, days". If you shorten it, older orders are deleted for good — the system asks you to confirm first.
