Opening hours and time zone
How to set a weekly schedule with a break and the venue time zone, and how opening hours differ from order-taking hours.
Guests see your schedule in the page header: "Open · until 23:00" or "Closed · opens at 10:00". Tapping it shows the whole week.
Weekly schedule
- Open "Menu settings" → "Venue" and find the "Opening hours" block.
- In "Weekly schedule", switch on the day you need (Mon–Sun). A day that is switched off counts as closed.
- Set the "From" and "To" times.
- Need a break? Click "+ add a break" and enter the time of the "Break (closed)". The break must lie inside the opening window: for example, open 10:00–22:00 with a break 14:00–15:00.
- Once at least one day is filled in, an "Apply to all days" link appears, so you do not have to type the same hours seven times.
If you work at night, put "To" earlier than "From", for example 18:00–02:00: the window belongs to the day you opened.
Everything saves by itself. If the week cannot be saved (an empty time, overlapping windows, equal "From" and "To"), the reason appears under the schedule.
While the schedule is empty, guests see the text from the "Hours" field instead, for example "Daily 10:00–23:00".

Time zone
Under the schedule you can see which time zone the times are in and what time it is there now. Guests see "Open" and "Closed" by this time, so check it against your own clock. To change it, click "change", choose the "Venue time zone" and click "Save time zone". If you are setting up the menu from another city, do not take the browser's time zone — pick the venue's. The time zone is shared by all your venues, and a team member cannot change it.
Opening hours versus order hours
These are two different sets of settings. The schedule is information for guests and does not block orders. The order window ("Limit order hours" in "Order taking") really does close order sending.
