Venue profile: name, logo, contacts

How to fill in your venue card: name, logo and header background, contacts, Wi-Fi, social links and the "About" tab.

The profile is what a guest sees in the header of your menu page. There is no "Save" button: fields save by themselves.

Name and pictures

  1. Open "Menu settings" → "Venue".
  2. In the "Business card" block, type the "Venue name". If the name is already on your logo, turn off "Show the name as text".
  3. In the "Header and pictures" block, upload the "Logo" and the "Header background" — a wide photo of the room or a dish. You can make the logo round ("Round logo") and set the "Logo size, px".
  4. If you like, add "A short line under the name", for example "Georgian food over charcoal".

A picture is saved as soon as you choose the file; deleting it asks for confirmation. The "Stand-in for missing dish photos" is shown for dishes without a photo of their own and steps aside once you upload a real one.

Contacts

In the "Contacts" block fill in "Phone", "Venue address" and "Map link": then the address in the header becomes a link to the map. In the "Instagram", "WhatsApp", "Telegram" and "Facebook" fields a username, a number or a link is enough; the service builds the address itself. Only the account owner can change the WhatsApp and Telegram fields.

Wi-Fi

In the "Wi-Fi" block enter the "Network name (SSID)", the security type ("WPA/WPA2", "WEP" or "No password") and the "Password". Guests get a button in the header with a QR code to join the network. Remember that the password is visible in the page source to any guest. While the network name is empty, the plain "Wi-Fi" text field is shown instead.

The "About" tab

This is a separate tab in the editor. Turn on "Show the «About us» tab" and guests get a second tab next to the menu. There you can tell your story, add "Room photos", "Venue features" (parking, terrace) and "Buttons" — table booking, delivery, reviews. Sections can be reordered by dragging, and empty ones stay hidden from guests.
