Telegram notifications
How to connect Telegram recipients and which messages arrive: paid-order cancellations, stock levels, summaries.
The service's bot writes to you and your staff in Telegram. Only the owner adds and sets up recipients. If the dashboard has no notifications block, the bot is not yet connected on your service.
Connecting a recipient
- Open "Menu settings" → "Order taking" → "Register and kitchen", the "Telegram notifications" block. The same list of recipients is on the "Stock" page, the "Balances" tab, in the "Telegram alerts" block.
- Press "Add a recipient", type who it is ("Who is it") and press "Create invitation".
- Send the person the link or show the QR code. They open the link in Telegram and press "Start". The link works for a limited time and connects one person. If it expired, press "New link" or "Connection code".
- When the recipient shows "Connected", turn on the switches they need.
Menus → Menu settings → Order taking
The status "Turned off with /stop" means the person unsubscribed in the chat. "Blocked the bot" means messages do not reach them. You can remove a recipient with the trash icon.
What arrives
- "Paid cancellations": when the kitchen cancels a paid order, with the number, the amount and the reason, but no guest data. You refund the guest yourself. The same recipients also receive messages about pre-orders, if you use them, and a warning when printing through the bridge is stuck.
- "Running low" and "Out of stock": for stock products whose balance reached the threshold or zero.
- "Evening summary": one message a day about stock.
- "Courier summary": totals for a shift or a day, if you have couriers.
Stock is set up on the "Stock" page.

Quiet hours
The "Quiet hours" switch is in the block on the "Stock" page. Outside working hours, stock messages are held and arrive as one an hour before opening. If no working hours are set, quiet time is 23:00 to 09:00. Paid-order cancellations arrive at once.
In the chat itself
The /stop command turns notifications off, and /settings shows the recipient's switches.
