Table QR codes and the page address

How to print QR codes for tables, and what happens to codes you have already printed if you change the address of your menu page.

Every QR code leads to your menu page. If the venue has tables, each table gets its own code, and the order shows which table it came from.

QR codes for tables

  1. Open "Menu settings" → "Order taking". The "In the venue" step exists in the "At the venue" and "Both" modes.
  2. In the "Tables" field enter numbers or names, pressing Enter after each: "1", "2", "Terrace 1", "VIP". For a long row there is "Add a range".
  3. In the "QR code for tables" block click "Open the printable sheet".
  4. On the sheet choose a "Template" ("Code only", "Code with a caption", "Name and code" or "Code with the table number") and adjust the sizes ("Code, mm", "Gap, mm"), the "Cut line" and "Copies of each" if needed. Click "Remember the sizes", then "Print", and cut along the line.

With no tables set up, one general venue code is printed. A camera reads a code smaller than 25 mm poorly.

The QR code carries the table name itself. If you rename or remove a table, print that table's card again.

Page address

The address is what is written into the QR code. You can see it in "Menu settings" → "Page address", in the "Short URL" field.

  1. Click "Change address" and type the new one. The service checks it and says "The address is free" or explains why it does not fit.
  2. Read the warning and click "Change address" once more.

The old address does not disappear: it stays with the page and redirects to the new one, so QR codes you have already printed keep working, and nobody else can take the old address. The number of previous addresses per page is limited, and you can return to a previous address.

Changing the address is not available on every plan: without the right, the button is inactive. The "Link name" field is not the address — only you see it, in your links list.

Custom domains are not connected for menu pages yet: the page always lives at the service address.

The QR sheet is not the "Printed menu" from the same section — that one prints the dish list itself.
